Why these exist
MemberPilot runs paid Telegram communities, which means we spend a lot of time in the Bot API: chasing a chat ID that turns out to be missing its -100 prefix, escaping a full stop that broke a MarkdownV2 message, working out which of the eight possible causes produced a particular 400.
These are the tools we wanted while doing that. They run in your browser wherever that is technically possible — the token tools call api.telegram.org directly, so a bot token never reaches a MemberPilot server — and each one cites the Telegram documentation it relies on.
